I have been training with Callum now for about three weeks and I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. I have three pre-booked sessions a week with Callum where he puts me through a well thought out and focused fitness regime that covers each region of the body, all of which are slowly but surely building back up my core strength after a period of inactivity due to injury. Callum’s sessions along with my own training, which I am also starting to build up, compliment each other perfectly and all work towards me hitting my short term and long term fitness goals of being physically fit, strong and free of injury or aches and pains now that I am in my 50’s. I find Callum’s sessions both innovative and varied and having been involved in professional sport when I was younger, right up there with the best. Callum has a calm way in pushing you to reach your goals, but he is also acutely aware of your own capabilities, so doesn’t put you through anything that you simply cannot handle and which could cause injury or stress. This is a very important skill that not all Personal Trainers possess, which sets Callum apart. He also keeps detailed notes of all sessions so he knows exactly where to start off on the next visit which maximises your time. Callum has also helped me with my diet and nutrition, which is a great overall way to keep on track of all aspects of your body transformation and my training in general.

I’ve been training with Callum for a while now and I could not recommend him highly enough! He’s so professional and ensures you’re comfortable with the exercises. He eased me into the exercises slowly at the beginning to work on my form and this has massively improved my ability to train and my posture has also massively improved. Callum has really helped me with my confidence in the gym as I am quite a self conscious person, however I feel 100x more confident in myself and in the gym thanks to Callum’s guidance. Callum has motivated me to step out of comfort zone on occasion with trying out boxing, I was always too afraid to ever do the pads, but I actually LOVE doing them after trying it. Just over 2 months in I have noticed a huge difference in not only my posture but muscle also started to peak through which I am over the moon about as I did not expect it so early on. I was a bit of a couch potato before I started training with Callum, the training has totally changed this as I feel much stronger, healthier and active. I would not trust anyone else to train me as Callum has catered my fitness journey perfectly to what I want to achieve in the long run, and the fact I am already seeing results blows my mind. After a few months of half heartedly going to the gym, and with a really poor diet of both overloading on high calorie foods and consuming alcohol almost daily, I decided using a PT was the best way I could get the nutritional advice I needed and the best way of getting in shape quickly. My first session with Callum was on June 1st, I weighed 86.5 kilos (almost 13.5 stone). Now, exactly 3 months in, I weigh 79.2kg (12.4 stone), during this time I have had a 2 week holiday with no training, and built lots of muscle as well as losing the fat / weight. The advice, motivation, routine & overall service I get from Callum is nothing less than 5 star and I seriously couldn’t recommend enough. I feel 10x better, much more confident, and I am comfortably moving towards the original target set. Not only that, due to the feel good factor, I know longer feel the need to eat junk food for no reason, over indulge unnecessarily and have meal plans I stick to with ease - 5 star 👏🏽

As someone who has never ever enjoyed exercise or stuck to a strict gym routine, Callum has completely changed this. Even days when I feel unmovtivated, he always pushes me to my best & makes me feel confident and like I am where I need to be at that moment. Callum is thorough and asks exactly what your goals are and what you want to achieve and he does everything in his power to achieve this and more. I have always been very conscious of my build & conscious in the gym but slowly but surely I am feeling more confident & I am so excited for my final results. Work with Cal on group sessions, and he makes it actually fun to get beasted! Learnt so much from the time with him and realised I had been doing a lot of things wrong. What’s also decent is that he will listen to what you have to say and make your workouts designed off what you want out of your sessions teaching you new techniques. Easy going lad and don’t feel awkward training at all would highly recommend for anyone, doesn’t matter the position you feel you are in. Nice one Cal keep it up see you soon!!
